AHA について
AHAの救急心血管治療（Emergency Cardiovascular Care, ECC）プログラムは，ダイナミックな希望のメッセージを伝えます。それは救命という希望のメッセージです。新しい治療法の登場によって，心血管エマージェンシー，心停止および脳卒中から生還する可能性が高まっています。新しい治療法は，そうした緊急事態に見舞われた人々にQOL向上の希望をもたらしました。早期介入の重要性に対する一般市民の意識が高まり，一般市民による除細動がもっと広がれば，多くの命が救われるでしょう。
ECCプログラムでは，ヘルスケアプロバイダー，介護者，一般市民を対象に，そうした緊急事態への対応方法を教育します。年間900万人を超える人たちがECCプログラムを受講しています。
